These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the CASETICS website or purchase products from us.

Products

CASETICS sells ready-made and personalised phone cases.

Product photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your display and the printing process.

Phone Model Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone model when placing an order.

Please check the exact model of your device before completing your purchase.

If we manufacture and supply the product correctly according to the phone model selected by the customer, choosing the wrong model does not make a personalised product faulty.

Personalised Designs

When uploading photographs, artwork, logos, text or other material, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.

You must not upload content that is unlawful or infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe cannot lawfully be reproduced.

Orders

An order is subject to acceptance by CASETICS.

We may contact you if there is a problem with your order, selected model, uploaded artwork, payment or delivery information.

Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on the website apply at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is produced or dispatched unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy.

We cannot guarantee standard postal delivery dates where delays are caused by postal operators, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Intellectual Property

The CASETICS website, branding and original website content may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts rights that consumers have under applicable UK law.
